MiLIFE supports us broadly, from PR strategy, press handling to branding. We were not well-versed in public relations, so when we first went to them, we did not have the full picture in mind of what PR entails. However, MiLIFE swooped in to show us what can and needs to be done, and their thorough work and partnership have made a wide range of PR activities possible for us. They have also been instrumental in strengthening our potential. For example, MiLIFE “discovered” the amplification potential in some of our routine operations. Their discovery led to media coverage by Asahi, Nikkei, and Nikkan Kogyo Newspapers.
MiLIFE are quick on their feet and are assertive, a corporate culture that is quite different from ours. This difference is inspiring. Some projects came to fruition as MiLIFE nudged us ahead, even when we were still pondering on what to do.
Working with MiLIFE, we are often reminded of the importance and potential of public relations. When we asked them to PR a new service that incorporated the latest technologies, MiLIFE team members repeatedly discussed with our engineers to develop a press release that made a highly technical explanation into an easy-to-understand story. The output was sheer excellence, media-savvy PR experts at work. Thanks to this effort, our new service was written up in online articles and Yahoo! news and taught us the satisfaction and efforts involved in PR.

We went to MiLIFE as we prepared for the market launch of our new hair analysis service, the Hair-Health Check. We’re a university-based R&D startup. We don’t have a marketing or PR department, nor could we afford to hire them, so we needed a trustworthy partner.
We originally asked them to develop crowdfunding concepts. On top of what we asked for, we also received recommendations on the press statement and press event. As a result, the crowdfunding was a resounding success, meeting its goal and being covered by Nikkei and Nikkan Kogyo Newspapers. MiLIFE also took us to events that led to new projects, such as our soccer team's health data analysis project. We’re glad we went to them.
It’s almost impossible to access our target alone. MiLIFE has a robust network that includes reporters as well as businesses, enabling us to partner with various companies. MiLIFE is invaluable in driving emerging startup businesses ahead.

We also asked them to write up a Customer interview article, and it was superb work. I also sat in on the interviews to ask questions, but when we got talking, our conversation became so fluid, I didn’t know how it could be pulled together. But the final article was structured well and had a consistent story. It captured the thoughts and passions of our Customer. I went back to listen to the recorded interview, and I realized that the article wasn’ t just the transcribed version of the conversation; the secret was in the editing. It was a captivating, fascinating read, and I was so impressed with their skills.

MiLIFE has been in charge of PR for a couple of my companies. For example, with new product launches they would even write up the press releases, and I appreciate how that alleviates work pressure on our side. They have a strong network across newspapers, TV and magazines that turn into interviews and exposure.
